WEEK OF OCTOBER 25, 2021 •
Thanks to our Spotlight team’s unwavering efforts, our clients spent another week basking in the warmth of the spotlight! Securing online placements for Board-Certified Facial & Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Kimberly Lee, Renuva, licensed medical aesthetician and founder of Total Glow, Terrie Absher Kochman, and Dr. Serhat Gumrukcu of Seraph Research Institute. Renuva was featured in an InStyle article placing the treatment in front of more than 9 million readers. While Terrie's skincare expertise was featured on Today online placing Total Glow in front of more than 19 million readers. Finally, we are proud that both Dr. Lee and Dr. Gumrukcu were both featured in Authority Magazine, placing them in front of more than 165 million readers respectively.
WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 27, 2021 •
This week we celebrated the media attention we garnered for our clients, plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Williams, functional medicine pioneer and gut-brain expert Elroy Vojdani, MD, IFMCP, and neurologist Dr. Ben Emanuel. Working with the Venezuelan outlet, El Pitazo, our PR team secured a lengthy feature for Dr. Steven Williams, placing him in front of nearly a million online readers. Our PR efforts continued in the week, with a television segment for Dr. Elroy Vojdani on Los Angeles’ KTLA 5 Morning News. This segment placed his expertise on autoimmune disorders in front of more than 173,000 viewers across several Southern Californian markets, and was also shared to KTLA's website, placing him in front of an additional 7.69 million online viewers. The success didn't stop there, as the Spotlight PR team also secured a feature for neurologist Dr. Ben Emanuel on VeryWellMind, placing him in front of more than 15 million readers. In addition to our PR efforts, the Spotlight marketing team developed and launched a microsite for Dr. Vojdani this week. The site, drelroy.com, highlights Dr. Vojdani’s upcoming book, "When Food Bites Back," as well as his executive medicine program.
WEEK OF AUGUST 16, 2021 •
Spotlight consistently demonstrates our commitment to our clients each week! This week our PR team secured placements for celebrity dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman as well as functional medicine pioneer and key opinion leader Elroy Vojdani, MD, IFMCP. With his upcoming book: When Food Bites Back, coming out in September, our Spotlight PR team secured a major syndicated television segment for Dr. Vojdani. The segment placed Dr. Vojdani in front of 50 million viewers, in addition to the 2.8 million combined online viewership! The success didn't stop there for Dr. Vojdani, as he was also featured on Good Housekeeping placing him in front of an additional 40 million online readers. Our long-time client Dr. Dorfman was featured on Incisal Edge as a most influential person in dentistry, placing him in front of a combined online and print readership of more than 130,000 readers. Aside from our amazing PR placements this week, our Spotlight team also attended the Renuvion national sales conference event in Las Vegas. Our fearless leader, Candis Melamed, presented the perfectly crafted PR plan to their sales team.
WEEK OF JULY 26, 2021 •
This week, the Spotlight team’s dedication and media relationships resulted in digital and print features for our clients. Functional medicine pioneer and key opinion leader Elroy Vojdani, MD, IFMCP, was featured on PopSugar, which was also picked up by Yahoo!, placing him in front of a combined audience of more than 3 billion readers. Environmentally sustainable brand Amethyst Skincare was featured in the July/August print issue of Pasadena Magazine, placing the brand in front of more than 25,000 readers. Along with our unmatched PR efforts this week, our marketing team is also driving brands ahead. To help our medical aesthetic treatment client, Renuva, continues to grow, the Spotlight marketing team works directly with their customers like Las Vegas-based elite aesthetic nurse injector Trevor Larsen, founder of Tru Beauty by Trevor.

The summer sun is not the only thing shining bright this past week! Our Spotlight PR team cemented features for our clients, functional medicine pioneer Elroy Vojdani, MD, IFMCP, environmentally conscious Amethyst Skincare, and Seraph Research Institute. Dr. Vojdani was quoted in Press From – a news website – that shared Dr. Vojdani’s expertise from a previous Reader’s Digest article, placing him in front of an additional 90,000 online readers. Amethyst Skincare saw major success this week with a feature on MarketWatch placing the brand and founder Nicole Simpson's expertise in front of more than 93 million readers, and the Spotlight PR team worked closely to help announce that Seraph Research institute is one step closer to finding a cure of HIV. Our Spotlight marketing team kept the momentum rolling this week with the launch of a new EMA Aesthetics Global new website. The entire Spotlight team is now preparing for the USA launch of EMA’s new cosmeceutical line and industry-disrupting medical device.

The weather is warming up, which means more sun and more shine! Spotlight’s clients were shining brighter than ever this past week as a result of our PR team’s consistent efforts. First up, Seraph Research Institute's Executive Director Dr. Serhat, with three different international features, resulting in a combined print readership of 150,000 and more than 10 million online readers! Our team also secured two media opportunities for founder and creator of Amethyst Skincare, Nicole Simpson, on both MarketWatch and TotalBeauty.com, placing her and the brand in front of more than 83 million readers. Our success for our clients didn't stop there as celebrity OB/GYN Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi was featured on the Emmy-Award winning daytime show, "The Doctors", placing her in front of more than 2 million viewers.

The Spotlight PR team is dedicated to consistently reaching out to media with segment ideas that our clients can be featured in. This week, celebrity cosmetic dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman, as well as celebrity OB/GYN Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi, were both featured on the Emmy-Award winning daytime show, "The Doctors" placing each of them in front of more than 2 million viewers. The Spotlight team understands the power and importance of having an international audience. After securing two print features in two different Turkish newspapers for Executive Director of Seraph Research Institute, Dr Serhat, was not only placed in front of millions of readers, but his social media following soared from 2000 to 200,000 followers and he received verified status on Instagram. The Spotlight marketing team was also in full swing this week, helping our clients achieve their objectives. Spotlight always looks for new ways to support our client’s growth, our team has created an online shop page for functional medicine pioneer, Elroy Vojdani, MD, IFMCP, website, Regenera Medical, to expand the reach of his curated supplement line to reach beyond his own patients. The Spotlight team was in full swing this week, helping our clients achieve their objectives – with two major features for celebrity cosmetic dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman, and another successful virtual press event for Renuva, the spotlight shone bright on our clients this week. We started with securing a profile feature on Perez Hilton’s online platform, which placed Dr. Dorfman in front of more than 2 million readers. Additionally, he was included as an expert dentist in the national newspaper supplement, Parade Magazine, placing him in front of over 54 million readers! Our Spotlight PR team successfully hosted another virtual press event for the innovative aesthetic treatment, Renuva, which replaces age-related fat loss with a body's own fat – without having to harvest the patient’s fat using liposuction. Performed by celebrity dermatologist Dr. Anna Guanche, this event was attended by top-tier beauty editors from Allure, InStyle and Good Housekeeping, just to name a few. International news interviews for our client, Seraph Research Institute, jumped the head scientist’s Instagram (@DocSerhat) follower count from 200 to over 200,000 – and triggered the account to become verified! First up, environmentally conscious Amethyst Skincare was featured not only on beauty blogger Carla's Instagram but also her blog, Posh Beauty, placing Amethyst in front of thousands of readers. Functional medicine pioneer, and key opinion leader, Elroy Vojdani, MD, IFMCP, had major success this week with three features, two of which were repurposed quotes from past placements showing the power of digital PR! The three online features with Healthline, Reader's Digest Canada, and Press Form placed Dr. Vojdani in front of a combined readership of more than 324 million!
