When the Spotlight team begins working with a new client, we go through a discovery process to clearly define their brand – which is always a reflection of the leader. Once we solidify the client’s Brand Foundation, we then create new branded marketing materials. This includes directing a professional photo shoot of the client. The focus of the headshots is always on capturing the leader’s authenticity to ensure that the look of the photos reflects the intended look and feel of the rebrand. The Spotlight team adheres to the marketing best practice which dictates that the way in which a photo is perceived will contribute to the audience’s perception of the business / brand. This before and after photo is of Spotlight’s newest client, William Kwan MD. Dr. Kwan is the country’s leading dermatology expert in ethnic skincare, with a practice in the Tiffany building in San Francisco’s Union Square. These photos were taken 3 years apart.
